Country singer Lisa O'Kane has a very impressive "gang" of LA-musicians behind her in her third album. We are talking about musicians used to play behind great artists like Lucinda, Crow, Clapton, Yoakam, Raitt and Paul Simon. Except her own songs sings Lisa with her crystal clear voice, also make a more then good version of John Prine ' s classic " Speed. " " Give me this Night" is a swee t ballad .... Lisa swept away that with a mandolin -rich " Misery and Happiness. " Totally a very strong cd and the fact that Lisa has such a soulful voice makes it even better.
