New Lisa O'Kane CD, 'IT DON'T HURT'
North America Release October 23
Lisa O'Kane has performed at last year's SWRA Festival and today something changed. Perhaps the best way to describe what happened is that we witnessed the blossoming of a beautiful flower. Lisa projected her music so well the crowd responded warmly and strongly. From her first album she sang Am I Too Blue ? , Sometimes from her second and a devastating It Don't Hurt from her current CD. Now Lisa lives in Studio City, LA and her music has percolated into films with Peace Of Mind in the Clint Eastwood's Marathon. Lisa encored with the very appropriate Baby, I'm Done to a standing ovation from the crowd. She not only impressed everyone there but also the next act Tom Russell, who mentioned her several times during his act.
